As part of the SPACES project, two editions of a teacher training course were held, based on reliable research on social skills in education. The aim of the course was to provide teachers with real support in their daily work, both professional and personal.

During the classes, participants learned how to take care of their mental and physical well-being, build relationships based on trust, communicate effectively with students, cope with stress and burnout, and create a safe and inspiring learning environment.

Both editions met with great interest and very positive feedback from participants. Teachers who completed the course received microcredentials confirming their acquired competences.
